Primary Responsibilities

• BA/BS in Chemistry.
• Good knowledge of wet chemistry, bench work, equipment, materials used in a production lab.
• Knowledge of LIMS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Routine preparation and extraction work of samples.
• Knowledge of how to prepare reagents and solutions.
• Operate and calibrate pipettes, balances, and centrifuges, etc.
• Properly dispose of laboratory hazardous waste.
• Manage restocking of chemicals.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Portland, OR 97201: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
