Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a
Lab Technician for a long-term engagement at one of our clients
in Trevose, PA.
This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position. As an employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. You will also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation, and sick/personal time.
Shift: Monday – Friday 7am-4pm

Responsibilities:
- Execute experiments to analyze composition of chemical products and water samples using routine and custom methods
- Execute experiments to characterize metal samples using imaging techniques
- Provide support to research projects as assigned
- Communicate test results to internal stakeholders through reports and presentations
- Bachelor's Degree in Science - preferably Chemistry or Materials Science
- Experience of min. 3 - 5 years, preferably in an Industrial Research, Quality or Analytical Testing laboratory Desired Characteristics
- Ability to Independently execute experiments based on SOPs with minimal supervision
- Hands-on experience using Analytical characterization equipment such as - elemental analysis (ICP, AA, XRF), Spectroscopy (FTIR, NMR), Chromatography (GC, GC/MS, HPLC, LC/MS)
- Hands-on Experience with Optical Imaging of metallurgical samples
- Experience handling chemicals and with sample preparation techniques
- Proficient with Data analysis and Image Analysis tools
- Strong written and oral communication Skills
- Instrumentation Savvy.
