EKB Kitchens & Interiors is seeking an experienced full-time Kitchen Sales & Design Professional. Don't miss this opportunity to grow with us! Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow B2B accounts with Residential Builders, Restoration Companies, Interior Designers, and Condo Maintenance Groups.
• Develop proposals and designs that are economically attractive to potential customers and in tune with current market trends.
• Meet with clients in the field to determine intended functionality, needs, and desired outcomes for their project.
• Create technical & aesthetic design plans which detail the layout and appearance of all installations and appliances / furniture.
• Act as liaison between the Company and customers to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain overall ethical, confidential, and productive practices within the organization. Integrity and Teamwork are the key guiding principles of the Company.

Requirements:

• Established professional building material B2B salesperson
• Experienced Kitchen Designer with a passion for New B2B Business Development
• Experience working with builders and large commercial contractors
• Excellent sales, relationship, and customer management abilities
• Positive, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented attitude
• Knowledge of 2020 Design software or similar is a big plus
• Understanding of cabinet production and assembly is a big plus

Schedule:

• Full-time onsite at the showroom or in the field at client sites
• Monday – Friday, some Saturdays

Pay:

• $60,000-$120,000+
• Base + Uncapped commission
