Kitchen Production Associate
Ghyslain Chocolatier is hiring full-time positions for Kitchen Production in Artisan Center and Boutique in Union City, Indiana.
Our Kitchen Production team members are involved in all aspects of kitchen operations, including but not limited to food preparation for our pastry & bread, chocolate and macaron departments, equipment assembly set-up, box assembly, product packaging and dish washing.
Our team members enjoy discounts on our delicious gourmet products, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Holidays, and Vacation.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
• High school diploma/GED.
• Excellent listening skills, demonstrates teamwork and the ability to pay attention to detail
• Conforms to established portion control quantities for all recipes
• Performs tasks in a timely manner to meet production goals
• Excellent attendance record
• Assure compliance with health and safety codes relevant to kitchen and food service
