* Assist with any special request items and follow through with guest satisfaction.

* Ensure highest food quality for guest satisfaction.

* Maintain a clean and pressed appearance when in public areas.

* Keep a teamwork atmosphere with all the departments at the club.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Observes and trains kitchen staff engaged in preparing, portioning, and garnishing foods to ensure that methods of cooking and garnishing and sizes of portions are as prescribed.

Gives instructions to cooking personnel in fine points of cleaning and cooking trout.

Cooks and carves meats, and prepares dishes, such as sauces, during rush periods and for banquets and other social functions.

Assumes responsibility for kitchen operations i.e. ordering, inventory, oversees kitchen and banquet operation.

Conduct quarterly kitchen "walk through." Assist with corrective action plan and follow-up.

Oversees storeroom and assists clerk as needed.

Helps produce daily specials menu for the lounge and restaurant to maximize revenue drive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
