Monday-Thursday 7:45-4:30 (off on Fridays)
Alligator Dental is searching for an awesome candidate to add to our team that has a happy personality and is interested in bringing happiness to parents & kids lives. The position rotates location with 2 days a week as our Cibolo Receptionist (Tue/Thurs) and 2 days a week at our Central Office in Seguin as part of our phone team (Mon/Wed).
Primary responsibilities on Reception Days include greeting patients, updating contact information, collecting information for new patients, and maintaining the waiting room.
Primary responsibilities on Phone Team Days include answering incoming calls, scheduling patients, confirming appointments, and insurance processing.
Qualifications: Communication Skills, Computer Skills and a love of working with kids
