Courtesy Kia, a reputable car dealership, is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Kelly Blue Book (KBB) Acquisitions Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the acquisition process of used vehicles through KBB Instant Cash Offer (ICO) program. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. You can also earn commissions by trading up customers into a newer vehicle, or just purchase their vehicle outright. We offer uncapped commissions 22% in front, and 5% in the back. Our floor is not flooded, and we have plenty of inventory!

Here at Courtesy Kia, we have an Immediate and Unique Position Available in our Dealership. We are looking for a Seasoned Sales Associate who specializes in working Service Leads, or who is experienced in selling customers from Service Leads. Ideal Candidate Is great on the Phone’s, and is great with Customer Facing Sales! We offer hands on professional development and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to identify potential customers for the KBB ICO program from the service lane.
• Respond to customer inquiries about the ICO program and guide them through the process.
• Evaluate trade-in vehicles using KBB ICO program to determine their value and provide a competitive offer to the customer.
• Develop and maintain relationships with KBB ICO representatives to ensure efficient and effective use of the program.
• Manage the acquisition process, including inspecting, appraising, and acquiring used vehicles.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of acquired vehicles to the dealership.
• Maintain accurate records of all acquisition activities and prepare reports as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in automotive sales, preferably in the acquisition of used vehicles.
• Knowledge of the KBB ICO program and experience working with it.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

This position offers an hourly pay plus commission with stackable bonuses. The rotating schedule includes 7 A.M. to 4 P.M. or 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. shifts, with a 5-day work week and every other weekend off, including two Saturdays with an 8 A.M. to 2 P.M. shift.
