Sunbelt is working with a school district searching for a qualified School Social Worker for a position in the Lakewood, CO area. This position is Full-time for the 2022-2023 school year.
The Social Worker will be working with a K-12 grade caseload of students and will be providing services that may include:
- Assisting with case management needs
- Support student needs K-12 by providing counseling support
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and IEP support
Day to Day:
- Full-Time, 37.5 hours a week
- On site
- Mild – moderate caseload
Requirements:
- School Social Worker License for CO
- CDE Certification
