Liberty Software is a healthcare technology company that develops software for retail pharmacies across the country. Our pharmacy management platform helps our clients increase profits, improve customer service, and enhance patient safety. We are seeking a Junior Integration Developer to join our team in Southlake, Texas.
This individual will work on projects that require integration between Liberty’s software platform and external points such as: simple data exports, Hospital EHRs, telephone IVR systems, pharmacy automation robotics, EMAR systems, and other healthcare technologies. This individual will work in-person at our Southlake, Texas office.
Liberty Software takes great pride in its client relations and support and expects all team members, including its developers, to not only have the necessary technical skills, but great interpersonal and communication skills as well.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development team to code interface integration projects with various healthcare technologies
- Consult with client services team, clients, and vendors to resolve bugs and provide support
- Plan and implement new and innovative capacity management capabilities and solutions
- Gather functional requirements, propose solutions, and providing a plan and timeline.
- Aid in compliance with technical change control management process activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Demonstrated knowledge in VB.NET, C#, and SQL
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently while contributing to team goals in a collaborative environment
- Knowledge of HL7 standards preferred
- Knowledge of APIs or SDKs preferred
