Our Corporate Finance department is mainly active in Transaction Services (buy-side and sell-side Due Diligence investigations), Valuation of companies and M&A mandates. The last couple of years, we have seen a strong growth in Corporate Finance and we are therefore hiring junior consultants to start in September 2022 for one of our offices in Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Hasselt, Namur or Liege.

Your responsibilities:

• Analysis of the Target’s financial statements in the context of due diligence, valuation or Info Memo preparation
• Preparation of Q&A for Target’s management
• Research of potential acquisition targets in the context of a vendor’s mandate
• Research of industry related information to support the preparation of Information Memorandum
• Draft reporting of due diligence report, valuation report and/or Information Memorandum

• University background in finance or business economics
• Excellent knowledge French and Dutch (written and spoken), with advanced working knowledge of English.
• Strong understanding of Excel and how it can be applied to corporate finance
• Good knowledge PowerPoint is essential for drawing up reports.
• Prior traineeship experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, private equity, audit or similar environment is a strong asset
• Analytic mindset triggered to understand complex problems

• Eager to learn
