As a Porter&you will be responsible for general cleaning of any of the following:

Interior Porter&may include:

Residential Complex: residential hallways and amenities center including sweeping, moping, vacuum, bathroom restocking and windows.
& Event Facility: empty trash bins, general stadium clean up, bathroom restocking during the event and cleaning after event.

Exterior Porter may include:

& Property Management: Picking trash from curb, bushes, parking lot, sweeping and general cleanliness of property, emptying trash on property and replacing trash liners
Valid Drivers License to drive a company vehicle
Ability to utilize a device to caption photos & communicate to Manager

Work Scheduled: Schedule will vary based on work being performed. Oftentimes, office buildings must be empty to complete work & may be done outside of normal business hours. Various properties may need weekend support as well.

Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform
Follow all instructions for entering customer building
Verify cleaning log at the end of shift
Performs all tasks as trained for the proper use and application of products and proper use of PPE
Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Available for work schedules and/or assignments at the request of the customer
Effectively interact and converse with customers and company personnel
Resolve customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisor
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Clean and maintain cleaning tools at the end of each day
Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor

Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
Ability bend, reach, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
