IT Support Specialist

W2 Hourly Contract with limited benefits
$24 - $27.50 per hour DOE
GeoLogics is seeking highly motivated, an IT Support Specialist providing end user support for hardware and software in Troy, MI.
Qualifications Required
- US Citizenship is required for this defense related role with a minimum of a High School Diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Provide end user support for hardware and software. PC imaging, asset management, hardware/software troubleshooting,
- Proficient with Windows 10 & 11, MS O365, MS Teams & Zoom.
- Familiarity with HP hardware and diagnosing laptop errors.
- Professional communications skills required to regularly interact with users both in person and virtually.
- Professional Certificates are a plus!
