JOB SUMMARY
The International Shipment Resolution Group (ISRG) Proactive representative works with UPS shippers to resolve issues with international shipments previously deemed undeliverable and secure delivery
Skills and abilities:
Knowledge of UPS international services including mainframe systems, email eTT, ERN, ISPS, IDIS, and instant messenger. Applicant must work well in a customer service center environment, have a positive attitude, strong customer service focus, and communication skills. Must be able to multitask while speaking with customers. Applicant musts be able to work additional hours as operationally necessary to meet the needs of our customers.
NOTE: Two weeks of training (will train during work hours)
Additional Skills/Knowledge/Qualifications:
Speaking and understanding another language would be helpful.
