Job description

We are seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to monitor and control our company's product and material inventory levels. The position requires a deep understanding of inventory management processes and operations, as well as the ability to collaborate with other departments within the company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring inventory levels to ensure they meet company requirements
  • Developing inventory management strategies and procedures
  • Tracking changes in product inventory and updating inventory records accordingly
  • Ensuring inventory quality and coordinating the handling of returns and disposals
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience with strong inventory and logistics management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams
  • Proficient in using inventory management tools, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
