We are HIRING at our NEW distribution center in Greencastle PA. This is a 2nd shift role, Monday-Friday, 10:45am-7:15pm. This new innovative facility will provide additional distribution capacity for finished goods on the East Coast and help build a seamless supply chain to improve our customer experience.

How will you make an impact?

This isn’t your ordinary job. As an Inventory Control Coordinator I you will be an integral part in ensuring we have the inventory needed to deliver various types of products from life-saving personal protective equipment to everyday lab essentials.

What will you do?

  • Activate, conduct and document daily cycle count and updates data into ERP system
  • Support analysis and reconciliation of stock variances with root cause analysis
  • Build internal relationships coordinating information flow, and builds internal and external relationships
  • Communicate to respective department in event of non- compliance of process workflows and procedure requirements
  • Verify and respond to all complaints on stock transfer/ shipment inaccuracy
  • Participate in data gathering and analysis of stock variances
  • Support inventory data analysis, and creating reports and summaries
  • Maintain reports, databases and systems for the monitoring and analysis of operations

How will you get here?

Education:

High school diploma or GED required

Experience:

  • 0 -1 year of related experience
  • Ability to operate powered industrial trucks and operate the equipment at various heights
  • Safely operate distribution equipment, as required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Inventory control, shipping and receiving procedures
  • Computer applications and current software (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Access)

Working Conditions

  • May require standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
  • May require working in a warehouse environment under various temperatures including room temperature (59-86 degrees F), cold-room (36-46 degrees F), and/or freezer-room (minus 4 - 23 degrees F).
  • May require to push and pull and/or lift up to 40 lbs
  • May require occasionally sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb and reach
  • May handle “packaged” hazardous materials
