The Role

This position will perform a variety of inventory control duties. He or she will coordinate with multiple other internal & external partners to ensure accurate tracking of our vehicle inventory. perform a variety of validation and research across multiple platforms. Duties also include taking telephone calls and updating various systems with accurate information.y

What will you be doing at Tricolor?

• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Place & monitor vehicle pickup and delivery orders
• Verify inventory transportation status through multiple software’s.
• Validate accuracy of transporter & repo agent invoices for approval
• Communicate with repo agents and third-party transportation companies
• Communicate delivery status or delays to Recon Managers, Sales Department, & Supply Chain leadership as needed
• Perform research on and verify inventory location reporting
• Make and Receive phone calls with internal & external partners
• Maintaining required standards, policies and metrics set by Supply Chain Leadership
• Adherence to Company policies and procedures

• 2+ years of administrative/ clerical experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (medium level) and Outlook
• Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
• Good research skills and attention to detail
