Job Description
We are looking for a talented Inventory Control Clerk to maintain records of materials in inventory and on order, to monitor reorder points and initiate action to replenish stock.
- Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels
- Perform physical count of inventory and adjust the system as necessary
- Reconcile actual stock count to computer generated reports
- Maintain and update inventory database
- Ensure daily scheduled cycle counts are completed
- Re-stock items as necessary
- Organize stockroom to keep uniformity
- Assist in researching exceptions as requested
- Maintain confidentiality of inventory records to authorized personnel
- Support projects as requested by management
- Performs all daily activities necessary to maintain effective inventory management procedures
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Skills
- Must be PC literate and familiar with basic computer applications within a Microsoft Windows/Office environment. Knowledge of Oracle a plus.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Must be well organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to handle multiple assignments.
- Must be able to manage work to deadlines
- Must have excellent customer service skills
Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM Provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
