Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.· Registered Representative with experience working defined contribution plans, 403(b), 457, and 401 (a) preferred.· Must have an active Life License.· Knowledge of rules/regulations around contribution limits, loans, withdrawals, vesting, and plan documents.· Customer service, interpersonal, and listening skills are a must to communicate with clients effectively.· Written/verbal communication and presentation skills to provide information via phone, email, video, and chat.· Knowledge of CRM and digital financial advice platforms.· Wants to sustain a long-term relationship with clients and the markets we serve.
