Integrated Mental Health Therapist – Posting #25020

Salary Rate: $69,305.60

Position Summary:

Full-time position available for an Integrated Mental Health Therapist for Marysville, Washington. Be at the forefront of a changing paradigm within health care delivery! This full-time position is part of an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessment, brief intervention and consultations with primary care, patient-centered health action plans, care coordination and care transitions with adults, youth and families. You will be part of a team that will work toward better health outcomes by applying evidence based practices. This is a dynamic program oriented toward health care transformation.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Human Services, Health Sciences or related field,
• Licensed as mental health therapist is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
