As an entry-level Intake Specialist - Customer Support Associate at our legal marketing firm, you have the exciting opportunity to connect victims of negligence and disasters with our attorneys while playing a critical role to help others claim the justice they deserve. In this flexible customer support role, you are responsible for engaging with current and prospective clients who have shown interest in our firm through various channels. With no cold calling required, you can focus on providing exceptional service and building genuine connections with each person you speak with.

When you engage with clients on the phone, you utilize your excellent listening and customer service skills to ask qualifying questions and determine how we can assist them. This flexible entry-level role on our customer service team has both part-time and full-time positions available. Full-time schedules start at 6 am, 7:30 am, or 9 am. Part-time employees have the option of working 6 am - 11 am, 11 am - 4 pm, or 4 pm - 9 pm. Weekend shifts are also available!
