The Job As a Customer Service and Sales Rep, you will directly contribute to and supports sales goals of the agency or specialist department as communicated from the agent to meet long-term and short-term goals for agency growth.
This includes new business, cross-sell opportunities, customer service, retention and profit goals.

Responsibilities
Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
Resolve client inquiries and complaints
Consistently market for new prospective clients
Assisting customers with payments and policy changes
Setting appointments for yourself for new business onboarding and policy reviews
Answering billing questions
Calling on payment reminders
Calling to multiline the existing book of business
Achieve Minimum calls per day goals for prospecting for new business
Learn needs-based scripts for phone conversations and in person appointments
Actively goal plan with agent to hit your bonus goals
Requirements
Qualifications:
Have or willing to get your Illinois Insurance Producer License
Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or other related fields is preferred but not required
Successfully pass a Background Check
Ability to build rapport with clients
Consultative sales approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
