Citizens Agency Minnesota in New Ulm, MN is looking for an Insurance Agent. The selected candidate will be responsible for Delivering the Ultimate Experience for our customers by addressing concerns on our products and services while demonstrating a positive and professional behavior. Insurance Agent Responsibilities:
- Prepares insurance quotes for new and existing customers.
- Reviews insurance policy renewals with customers.
- Assists customers with complaints and problems.
- Identifies customers insurance needs and recommends appropriate coverages.
- Assists customers with reporting claims and explaining the claims process.
- Answers customer inquiries & assists customers with any changes to their insurance policies.
- Maintains good customer relations by demonstrating friendly and professional behavior.
- Cross sells insurance products to new and existing customers.
- Attends training classes as needed to be in compliance with state insurance requirements.

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer and mathematical skills
- Insurance license required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Previous insurance experience preferred
