GENERAL SUMMARY
The Inspections Administrator will be responsible for scheduling, performing and managing periodic and routine inspections of Authority-owned facilities across the Airport campus to ensure compliance with tenant lease obligations and other requirements as described within the Authority Facility Inspection Policy and Procedure. Maintaining a routine schedule of inspections, communicate with tenants, members of the inspection team, and other Authority staff, and conduct follow-up until corrective action is completed. One of the critical functions of this position is to identify safety concerns, violations of compliance standards and the requirement for general maintenance of facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct periodic and routine inspections of leased and unleased space, including airline and other terminal tenant space, food and beverage, retail, industrial and other Authority owned buildings and space throughout the Airport campus
- Ability to complete inspections using electronic reports to thoroughly document inspection process and identify discrepancies
- Identify discrepancies related to needed repairs or maintenance, compliance standards, safety violations, liability, and safety concerns
- Inspections to identify hazards, monitor safety and security protocols
- Manage completed inspections by informing appropriate parties of discrepancies noted during inspections and follow up for final resolution
- Generate reports for tracking inspections and benchmarking results of resolved inspection discrepancies
- Identify efficiencies in completing inspections in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with IS to develop a functional dashboard for managing an efficient inspection process
- Implement BI Tool dashboards for tracking inspections and follow-up
- Track all inspections to resolution and document corrective actions taken
- Escalate unresolved inspection discrepancies to proper Authority members when necessary
- Perform the responsibilities in compliance with the Authority Facility Inspection Policy & Procedure
- Coordinate inspections with other Authority departments as needed
- Serve as liaison between Authority and tenants to facilitate resolution of inspection deficiencies
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time to complete inspections
- Perform related work as required

- Maximum = Based on qualifications
- Minimum = $20.47
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Required: High School diploma or equivalency required
Experience: Required Experience:* *1 year of experience conducting inspection audits in compliance with contracts and/or lease agreements or equivalent skills and experiences.
Preferred Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
