- Act as a partner and resource for our Regional Vice Presidents and Distribution Partners
- Assist producers and key stakeholders with case design, life insurance product questions, literature requests, website assistance, competitive analysis and information gathering
- Prepare illustrations in a timely, accurate manner
- Follow up with key stakeholders to determine that illustrations meet their needs and help complete the sale
- Maintain a proactive and supportive relationship with producers and back offices
- Monitor applications through the underwriting process
- Build solid relationships that supports teamwork
- Document and track daily activity using our customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
- Continually maintain knowledge of company's products, services, and processes, in addition to staying aware of industry news
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and departments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-4 years of experience within the financial services or insurance industry preferred
- FINRA Series 6 and 63, State Insurance Licenses preferable.
- Will need to acquire these licenses within four months of hire date
- Understanding of insurance sales concepts, corresponding illustrations, and the underwriting process will be helpful
- Insurance product knowledge and industry experience is highly regarded
- Strong communication and problem- solving skills
