Looking for a highly motivated individual for inside sales position at a fast paced rapidly growing HVAC wholesale company. Candidate should be well organized, have good communication skills and the ability to multi-task. We are a wholesale distributor specializing in assisting HVAC contractors for residential new construction, light commercial new construction, residential retro-fit as well as service. Our company supplies Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation products in the Spokane area and surround areas, including Coeur D’Alene, Airway Heights, Cheney and Deer Park.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

- Answering customer phone calls

- Writing orders for Walk-In customers

- Providing product information

- Ensuring orders are written and processed accurately

- Ordering product from Vendors when not in stock

- Following up on orders to ensure timely transaction

- Minor Troubleshooting/Technical help when needed

- Processing parts warranties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
