As our Innovation Lab Coordinator, you will support the Innovation Lab's exploration and implementation of emerging technologies, production tactics, and social content tools within our organization. With a keen interest in AI and other cutting-edge technologies, you will assist our team in developing innovative products and services. Working closely with the Innovation & Strategy department, you will contribute to proofs-of-concept (POCs), establish cross-functional relationships, and provide project management support to drive innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Assist in identifying areas that can benefit from emerging technologies, production tactics, and social content tools.
• Track budgets for proof-of-concept projects and ensure that they are on track and within budget.
• Prepare quarterly reports to stakeholders, outlining the progress of ongoing projects and presenting new ideas and initiatives for future projects
• Meet with team members on a regular basis to keep projects organized in Smartsheet and ensure that all team members are informed of progress and deadlines.
• Support the development and implementation of innovative products and services to improve user engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in AI and other emerging technologies.
• Provide support to other teams in implementing new tools and technologies.
• Contribute to POCs within the Innovation & Strategy department.
• Assist in developing training materials and workshops on AI, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Generate project plans and timelines for new ideas and PoCs that are accurately reflected in the project tracking database
• Coordinate project tasks, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient team collaboration and project delivery.
• Organize team meetings, maintain project documentation, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Interest in AI, emerging technologies, production tactics, and social content tools.
• Basic project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess new opportunities and technologies
• Familiarity with content creation is a plus

The base salary compensation range for this role is $65,000 to $73,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
