Job Description

• Responsible for serving walk in and phone customers
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Sell welding and safety products to customers
• Process customer orders and enter information accurately into the computer using CRM/ERP System
• Assist customers with order issues and resolve problems
• Other tasks as assigned
