Job description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various industrial surfaces, including metal, concrete, and wood. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial painting as well as experience in carpentry/handyman work. Hi-lo experience is also a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
• Apply paint and coatings to various industrial surfaces using spray guns, brushes, and rollers
• Work with different types of paints, including epoxy, urethane, and enamel
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety while working with paints and chemicals
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in industrial painting
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Experience with carpentry/handyman work
• Hi-lo experience is a major bonus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
