We are currently hiring for 3 open positions in Goleta, CA

No experience requiered as we Train the right candidate.

We are looking to add a highly motivated individual who posses Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The Retail Campaign Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing retail marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and improve brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making
  • Facilitate in-store promotional advertising to customers.
  • Open customer accounts by inputting account information.
  • Communicate daily about sales and customer issues.
  • Provide product and service support.
  • Manage in-store relations including customer service.
  • Answer questions or concerns about services or products.
  • Provide information about new promotions.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability to work flexible scheduling
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Positive attitude and outlook.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Physical ability to remain standing for the majority of an eight-hour shift.
  • Relative work experience in any of the following roles: Retail, Food and beverage, Customer service, Brand management, Product Representation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
