Home Helpers is looking to hire motivated individuals to join our team for a Caregiver position. No experience necessary, we are willing to train!

In this role we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing quality home care to senior clients. You will be responsible for helping clients thrive from the comfort of their home and build a lasting relationship with them. Empathy, compassion and kindness are a must as a caregiver with Home Helpers.

As a caregiver you will make a difference in the lives of our clients. You must be willing to provide quality care, have a flexible and available schedule, and be committed to your client(s). Must be genuinely concerned about helping people and have high moral standards.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Assistance with Bathing/Grooming/Toileting
• Companionship
• Transportation to and from appointments and running errands
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with transfers
• Dementia/Alzheimer’s Care

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Pass Drug Test and Background Screening
• Must be able to lift/move 50lbs without assistance
• All caregivers are required to work every other weekend if needed.
• All caregivers that do not have a standing client on the weekend will be on a rotational call schedule.
• (This is an additional bonus on the weekend you’re covering.)

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
