Recra are working in partnership with a leading management specialist who are looking to add a Implementation & Bid Executive to their team. You will be supporting the bid process and implementation of customers to achieve a seamless integration into their business.

- Vehicle data uploads
- Creating accounts and structures
- Supplier files setup
- Administer all implementation processes and provide technical support
- Coordinate with team to resolve all issues within required timeframe and recommend appropriate changes
- Provide support to the project team ensuring all project documentation is current and up-to-date
- Developing internal relationships with key stakeholders and ensure they are informed and brought into the bid process as and when required
- Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident working in ambiguous situations and navigating through competing and shifting priorities
- Works well under pressure and relishes deadlines and challenges
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities while under time constraints
- Excellent communicator, able to communicate with all levels and deliver clear messages
- Good judgment, understanding when to escalate and what to resolve on your own
