Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, inspecting, repairing, maintaining, and service different heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and systems. You will report to the Maintenance Manager on duty.
Start rate: $26.42/hr | Full Time
Primary Tasks:

• You will repair and maintain low pressure hot water systems, gas wall heaters, ventilation units, and air condition units.

• Replace fans, belts, motors, gaskets, filters, and compressors, and lubricate parts.

• Adjust and install switches gauges, thermostats, valves, tubing transformers, pressure regulators, controllers, and other parts.

• Establish cost of repairs and equipment replacement.

• Operate specialized machinery, equipment, and tools used in the maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

• Maintain all mechanical and cosmetic items throughout the facility.

• Inspect the all lighting throughout the property, identify potential problems and resolve the issue.

• Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of all rules, regulations, and controls.

• Follow safety procedures and OSHA regulations.

• Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:
MINIMUM

• EPA I & II or Universal License and HVAC Certification

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning maintenance.

• Two (2) years of experience with a significant combination of vocational education, apprentice training, or on-the-job training preferred.
