Job description

Alliance Group is seeking an experienced Service Technician in the West Lebanon, NH area to join our growing team! This is a field-based position responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of HVAC/R systems. Must be able to be on a rotating on-call schedule that includes being on-call for one week within a 6 week period. All our Service Technicians receive a company vehicle which they can drive home and a company cell phone. ***SIGNON BONUS AVAILABLE FOR EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES***

The successful candidate should exhibit the consistent ability to:

1. Safely perform scheduled preventive maintenance routines

2. Complete commissioning and startup of new systems.

3. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R systems

4. Provide exceptional customer service-our relationships with our customers are essential!

5. Be self-motivated and possess strong problem solving and time management skills.

Experience:
Experience preferred. Pay is competitive and based on experience.

Certifications:
EPA certification is preferred. Additional certifications such as CTEP, Natural Gas, S-Electrical and oil are a plus.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable):
Security Clearance is not generally applicable, but may be required for some customer sites. A background verification will be required.
