Qualifications

• You must be able to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
• Must be able to live and model our core values: Respect, Integrity, Safety and Quality
• Strong worth ethic and have loyalty and integrity
• Computer literate with proficiency with Microsoft Office and related spreadsheets and database software
• Team Player and able to work well under pressure
• Must be able to deal effectively with builder representatives, field staff, and other departments
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Provides planning and management in the safe and efficient servicing of HVAC equipment, components and systems in commercial and/or residential settings
• Utilizes human resources effectively to manage workload, achieve production and margin objectives and provide HVAC services to customers and contractors
• To manage the cohesiveness and execution of multiple trades on residential and multifamily jobs
• Ensure that the gross profit is achieved for all represented trades on multifamily and residential jobs being managed
• Be the primary communication contact on jobs that the PM is managing
• Ensure that NP Mechanical processes are being effectively implemented and executed on the jobs being managed by this position
• Provide frequent updates and feedback to NP Mechanical General Managers on the jobs being managed by this position
