How Will You Make a Difference? You will…

· Full-cycle recruitment.

· Manage new hire orientation, onboarding processes.

· Serve as brand ambassador to effectively promote localized recruiting efforts through social media, job fairs, etc..

· Conduct proactive needs analysis with managers to achieve high volume hiring needs during peak business demands.

· Present recruiting metrics and hiring progress to senior leadership on a consistent basis.

· Build and maintain rapport with current employees to encourage communication

· Employee events

· Lead diversity initiatives

Hard Skills You Will Have

Qualifications

· Bachelor Degree in related field

· 1-2 years strong recruitment experience, extensive knowledge of/and experience sourcing candidates utilizing various methods and tools.

· 1+ year HR generalist experience

· Strong computer skills in MS Office, HRIS, and applicant tracking systems

· Exceptional customer service focus combined with exemplary follow through.

· Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.

· Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy.

· Analytical, with demonstrated approach to problem-solving.

· Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

· Willingness to learn all areas of HR and accept more responsibility

Soft Skills You Will Have

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.

· Must be resourceful and self-directed, as well as a team player.

· Strong work ethic and emotional maturity.

Extra Skills You Can Bring

· Certifications: PHR/SPHR/CP a plus

· Familiarity with ADP a plus
