Chromalloy has expanded from a gas turbine parts repair business into an OEM supplier of production parts and advanced repairs and services for gas turbines used in aviation and power applications. Chromalloy serves the airline, military, marine and energy segments with a broad range of services at locations around the globe.

Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner provides full employee life cycle support to the Engineering Center of Excellence (ECOE), and Chromalloy Material Solutions (CMS), a materials distribution business that buys, sells, and exchanges repair parts materials to the airlines, MROs, and other customers in addition to corporate functions (Engineering, Finance, Business Process, Procurement, IT/SIOP, Commercial & Business Strategy). The role serves as a trusted advisor and partner to leaders and supervisors in the effective management of their workforce to ensure the attraction, development and retention of our proud and passionate workforce who are pioneering the delivery of new MRO solutions to aerospace and military customers.
Accountabilities:
- Partnering with leaders to understand and drive delivery of the business strategy through the effective delivery of integrated solutions that address business and site performance.
- Diagnosing and designing in partnership with Subject Matter Experts to drive continual improvements in delivering business objectives, productivity, and performance across the company.
Delivering guidance and support to employees and managers on issues spanning attraction, retention, development, compensation, and benefits delivery to key client groups CMS and ECOE as well as to specific corporate functions assigned to manage all people practices and HR activities.- Providing proactive advice and guidance to management on all operational and strategic aspects relating to human resources, particularly in the areas of attraction, retention, and development across the employee lifecycle.
- Reviewing and analyzing data to support the development and the provision of quality HR management information.
- Working to implement effective people practices that drive higher levels of employee performance. Including talent management, development, performance management and engagement programs.
- Identifying and cultivating effective and appropriate sources for top quality, diverse talent. Manage recruiting efforts to attract the best candidates, provide guidance on competitive offers, prepare documents, and facilitate the offer through on-boarding and integration cycle of new staff members.
- Implementing the total rewards strategy to include salary benchmarking, benefits management, and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review.
- Driving standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes and assure compliance and governance.
- Ensuring all appropriate statutory and regulatory compliance requirements related to labor and employment are met. Consult with managers and staff on employee relations issues, conduct investigations and make recommendations in response to management and staff concerns.

- Change Management - Evidence the application of a structured process by which change, and transformation is implemented and embedded in relation to people within the business, and external partners and organizations.
- Employee Relations - a proven ability to resolve employee relations issues to maintain business focus. As constructive and proactive labor relations are likely to have a positive impact on employee engagement and productivity and therefore on revenue, profit, and customer value.
- HR Insights & Analytics - use of analytics tools to enable the timely, accurate and actionable flow of quality workforce information, in order to inform and support critical business activities and decisions.
Education: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree or MBA in HRM preferred
Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources business partner role of a similar size / scope. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Aerospace, MRO or OEM experience is a definite plus.
Travel: The position will be split between Fort Lauderdale (10-20%) and Palm Beach Gardens. (80-90%)
