The IT team is looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to be part of the team enabling HR systems at KLA. The Information Technology (IT) group at KLA is involved in every aspect of the global business. Responsibilities

  • Understand and translate the priorities of the business into system/process solutions.
  • Act as the SME for HR processes as they relate to various HR systems.
  • Evaluate incoming requests from various groups, identify appropriate solutions and complete them.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes or operations when business needs change and provide solutions.
  • Lead configuration and development of the Workday system while being the Domain Expert (SME) to multi-functional teams.
  • Work as main contact for all Workday questions, issue resolution and Workday account maintenance.
  • Partner with HR Tech to deliver and test system integrations.
  • Prepare, deliver, and schedule Workday reports to collaborators across the company.
  • Main contact with third party technical support to handle all support needs. Must be able to provide specific directions to technical support.
  • Use the Workday Community site to fix and identify ways to better use the system.
  • Supports critical system maintenance including Workday semi-annual releases and operational tasks within Workday.
  • Ensure that our internal customers’ issues and requests are addressed within documented SLA’s.
  • Maintains up to date documentation and controls, including SOX controls.
  • Work effectively and independently on assigned projects.
  • Conceptualize and complete POCs, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Level Degree and five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of focused Workday HCM configuration/fixing experience within multiple disciplines (HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Time and Absence modules) and other HR systems.
  • Experience designing, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday functionality in a complex environment.
  • Superb communication and collaboration skills and ability to interface directly with business users.
  • Superb attention to detail, ability to consistently deliver accurate data.
  • Possess a good work ethic for working with and maintaining confidential information. Understand and being able to follow GDPR and Data Privacy Compliance requirements.
  • Experience performing data loads and audits of complicated data.
  • Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Functional working knowledge of HR and Payroll processes.
  • Ability to solve issues and errors for other HR systems, such as Learning Management System etc.
  • Understand Workday reporting functionality and capable of creating various types of Workday reports and calculated fields.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise.
  • Self-starter who is interested in learning newer technologies.
  • Understanding of Workday EIBs and Core connectors
  • Familiarity with Workday Studio is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
