Position Summary:
This position, through a focus on customer experience and service, is accountable for the successful resolution of all candidates, employee, and HR requests using Dentsply Sirona’s HRIS platforms (PeopleDoc, SAP/Connections, and ADP); answering calls, chats, or emails in an operations center environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops a firm understanding of Dentsply Sirona businesses to include the company structure and culture
  • Works with Field HR, Hiring Managers, and the Recruiting Team to coordinate candidate interviews, travel, and new hire process
    • Coordinate interview times using Microsoft Office
    • Maintain requests using HRIS tracking system
    • Coordinates background and drug screen for new hires
    • Provide front line customer service for candidates during interview and background check process
    • Collects, maintains, and organizes data specific to the new hire process
    • Analyzes data and identify trends related to the recruiting and new hire processes
  • Works accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced help desk style environment
  • Ensures the HR Portal Service que is maintained and up to date (telephone, e-mail, HRIS system)
  • Coordinates the pre-employment paperwork and onboarding process
  • Coordinates new employee benefit enrollment
  • Communicates effectively with various outside vendors to ensure all processes are executed efficiently
  • Creates and updates articles and presentations regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Analyzes data and trends and utilizes findings to create graphical representation and reports
  • Must successfully navigate the organization to resolve customer requests and refer customers to the appropriate internal or external resources
  • Will be required to quickly read frequent updates and learning materials, often while on the call, and must be able to implement immediately into calls with accuracy
  • Maintains high level of confidentiality
  • Collaborates with other HR team members to recommend process enhancements
  • Processes required documents consistent with department SOPs
  • Other duties as assigned

Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Years and Type of Experience :
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Customer Service Experience preferred

Key Required Skills, Knowledge, and Capabilities :
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking system
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to apply working knowledge of specified discipline to assignment
  • Ability to gather information, organize and perform routine analysis
  • Ability to effectively convey ideas through oral and written communications
  • Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
