Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain regional and global HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Work with various department managers to recruit, interview, and hire new employees and subcontractors.
- Assist the CEO in handling discipline and termination of employees according to company policies.
- Manages the employee benefits program including enrolling new employees and answering questions from staff about benefits.
- Develop and maintain internal employee trainings and work with various department managers to assist in the development of on the job training and employee onboarding procedures.
- Maintain all employees in global employee database.
- Manage, track, and report all employee time off requests including PTO, sick leave, etc.
- Report applicable employee health and safety data on a monthly basis.
- Develop a plan to improve company culture including a calendar of team bonding events and employee recognition programs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years in human resource management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $54,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
