Job description

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain regional and global HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Work with various department managers to recruit, interview, and hire new employees and subcontractors.
• Assist the CEO in handling discipline and termination of employees according to company policies.
• Manages the employee benefits program including enrolling new employees and answering questions from staff about benefits.
• Develop and maintain internal employee trainings and work with various department managers to assist in the development of on the job training and employee onboarding procedures.
• Maintain all employees in global employee database.
• Manage, track, and report all employee time off requests including PTO, sick leave, etc.
• Report applicable employee health and safety data on a monthly basis.
• Develop a plan to improve company culture including a calendar of team bonding events and employee recognition programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years in human resource management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $54,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
