Job Duties

The Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation seeks a qualified individual for the position of Housekeeper Lead. This position provides essential housekeeping support to all areas of the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation (museums, offices, visitor services, and outdoor areas).

Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning methods and use of chemicals, equipment and supplies, and safety procedures.
• Working skills in operating manual and power cleaning equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to read and follow cleaning label instructions and written and oral instructions.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted for education.
