We are currently looking for day shift cleaning crew/housekeepers to prepare the resort and restaurant for operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provide friendly, courteous service to all Guests in a manner that guarantees they intend to return.
• Interact with Guests while cleaning.
• Make Guests happy by exceeding service expectations.
• Notify a Manager of any Guest complaints or concerns.
• Ensure a high standard of service efficiency, sanitation, and training.
• Clean restaurant, windows, and common areas.
• Keep areas clean and free of debris.
• Prioritize and complete all assigned station task, side work, and station set up for maximum productively and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness of front façade of the building, Guest restrooms, floors, and surrounding areas by keeping them swept, mopped, and free of spills, trash, debris, etc.
• Ask for help whenever it is needed.
• Ensure a harassment-free environment through proper personal conduct.
• Use respectful language with Guests, Staff Members, and Managers at all times.
• Understand, comply with, and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Understand and utilize all safety and sanitation practices as defined in the safety program; report any accidents.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or determined by Management or Supervisors.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• High school degree or GED preferred.
• Good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning.
• Able to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts.
• Able to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour

• Crystal Beach, TX 77650: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
