The position of House Manager is an entry level, direct care supervisory position. Under the guidance of the Program Coordinator, the House Manager will provide for the safety and well-being of each resident within the home and facilitate community involvement/interaction in cooperation with residents, staff, consultants, and administration. Responsibility to residents include: provision of framework for an enjoyable learning experience in a family setting and provision of the skills, information, guidance, supervision and training necessary to foster growth and development. The House Manager will be responsible for all employee work schedules, and individual routine/programming while serving as a positive role model for the resident population as well as program workers.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 2 years of supervisory experience with I/DD adults in a residential or group home setting required.
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Driver's License is required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft 365 or later)
• Knowledge of 6400 regulations a plus
• A great candidate would be proficient with staff scheduling.
