Job description

We are looking for a cleaning supervisor for a cleaning company located in the Broward area, with hours from 8am to 4pm Monday to Saturday. Pay is between $15 to $17 an hour. Must speak English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Train housekeepers in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Supervise staff on a daily basis
• Make work schedules for housekeepers.
• Check the houses and different areas verifying the cleanliness.
• Scheduling shifts and arranging for replacements in case of absence
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, order and hygiene standards.
• Motivate team members and solve any problems that occur at work.
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests
• Monitor and replenish stock of cleaning products, including floor cleaners, bleach, and rubber gloves
• Participate in large cleaning projects as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.

Buscamos una supervisora de limpieza para compania de limpieza ubicada en el area de Broward, con horario de 8am a 4pm de lunes a Sabado. El pago esta entre $15 a $17 la hora. Debe hablar Ingles y Espanol.

Responsabilidades

• Capacitar a las amas de llaves en las tareas de limpieza y mantenimiento.
• Supervisar al personal a diario
• Realizar horarios de trabajo de las amas de llaves.
• Revise las casas y diferentes areas verificando la limpieza.
• Programar turnos y hacer arreglos para reemplazos en caso de ausencia
• Establecer y educar al personal sobre los estándares de limpieza, orden e higiene.
• Motivar a los miembros del equipo y resolver cualquier problema que ocurra en el trabajo.
• Responder a las quejas y solicitudes especiales de los clientes
• Supervise y reponga el stock de productos de limpieza, incluidos limpiadores de suelos, lejía y guantes de goma
• Participar en grandes proyectos de limpieza según sea necesario
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad y saneamiento en todas las áreas.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
