Staybridge Suites is looking for a Hotel Housekeeping Team Member to heighten our guest's experience while on property. We’re looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys creating a nice, clean environment for our guests to enjoy and who can engage guests and manage multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to guests’ needs and complaints. If you’ve worked in the hospitality industry before, we definitely want to talk to you. However, we’re willing to train the right applicant.

Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor responsibilities:

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in all guest rooms, public areas, and other areas assigned by the General Manager.
• Daily cleaning of assigned tasks (rooms, bathrooms, corridor areas, and puplic areas) while working alongside our hotel staff to ensure guest needs and brand standards are met.
• Follow/Lead the schedule of tasks to be completed on a daily basis due to hotel needs set by theGM.
• Continuously seek and make improvements to the overall housekeeping functions for the hotel..
• Maintain supply levels and orderly supply closets.
• Fill out supply, work order, and schedule forms.
• Deep cleaning of hotel during slow times and as needed or assigned by the GM.
• Special projects as outlined by the GM.
• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Hotel Housekeeping qualifications:

• Personal maturity, sound judgment, motivation, and integrity.
• Desire and willingness to work as a team within Housekeeping and other departments.
• Able to operate housekeeping equipment/Able to safely handle and use cleaning chemicals.
• Minimum of High School diploma.
• Strong communication skills. Bilingual a plus.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $10.00 per hour
