Linwood Country Club is looking for a host/hostess to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

*Acknowledge and greet all guests with eye contact, using customer name when possible *Inform guests of any specials/promos- food or drink, make recommendations as necessary *Escort guests to their table, present with menus *Monitor dining room and anticipate guest needs *Assist guests with any questions or complaints *Communicate with server/bar/kitchen staff as needed to ensure quick/accurate service *Answer phones courteously and provide effective assistance *Assist servers/buspersons with arrangement of tables *Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout shift *Acknowledge guests upon their departure

Qualifications

*Must possess proven restaurant experience *High attention to detail and cleanliness standards *Ability to multi-task in high stress situations *Excellent people and communication skills
