WHAT YOU DO AS A HOSPITALITY DIRECTOR - HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER
In this hotel management role, you are responsible for overseeing all property operations and ensuring that our guests have the best possible experience. Your day-to-day includes managing all aspects of the hotel, including guest relations, budget management, and employee supervision. Our occupancy and average daily rates continually increase and improve with you on the job!
You're a natural leader, and you make yourself available to the team. They know they can turn to you for support and help with all things hospitality. You build a strong team that helps each one of us to be the best we can be - on and off the clock!
WHAT IS REQUIRED?
To be successful as a Hospitality Director - Hotel General Manager, we would love for you to have at least 2 years of previous GM experience, though it's not required.
