Brandywine Living, a premier provider of quality senior living, is currently seeking a Full-Time Hospitality Concierge- to join our team.

The Hospitality Concierge is an exclusive and key role at our community, a luxury signature service and lifestyle offering at Brandywine.

The primary responsibility is to offer personalized and high touch services and act as a customer service ambassador by developing rapport and building relationships to anticipate residents’ needs. Anything, anytime!

The Hospitality Concierge acts as a liaison between the residents and all other community departments to ensure the resident is comfortable, happy and their requests are proactively met with attention to detail to ensure a wonderful experience at Brandywine.

Essential Duties:


  • Meets with managers on a daily basis to discuss any new move-ins, updates, changes, or concerns that need to be addressed, etc.


  • Review the resident's room prior to admission to ensure the room is clean and in acceptable move-in condition.

  • Works in coordination with appropriate departments i.e. housekeeping, dining, maintenance to address and resolve any resident needs, requests, or concerns.

  • Greets and escorts new residents to their Serenade apartment, introduces them to team members and residents/neighbors; and orients all to the community life and Serenade services.

  • Performs daily room review for quality and upkeep.

  • Coordinates room service and all dining requests and deliveries with the dining department.

  • Coordinates and supports special requests with all dining services/meals in the room and in the dining room.

  • Coordinate private dining reservations, trips, errands, programs with department managers.

  • Coordinates and offers daily cocktail hour and refreshment service.

  • Check in with residents daily to ensure all service needs are met

  • Assist marketing with touring Serenade visitors

  • Manages the upkeep and first impressions of Butler pantries, common areas, hallways, living rooms, dining rooms.

  • Works with all departments to support overall Serenade hospitality and service operations


Education/Training:

Minimum two years work experience/training in hospitality and/or customer service required.

Excellent leadership, communications, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

High school diploma/state-issued GED and valid driver's license required with a min of two years of driving experience.
