This is a full-time, permanent position where the Healthcare Oracle Cloud ERP Support Analyst will be a direct-hire employee for a top-ranked health system based in Illinois. The Healthcare Oracle Cloud ERP Support Analyst may have the option to work from home a couple days a week but must live within commutable distance to headquarters.

The Healthcare Oracle Cloud ERP Support Analyst will have previous experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, or EMP modules such as Workday, SAP, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft Financials, or HRMS. Additionally, the Healthcare Oracle Cloud ERP Support Analyst will have working knowledge of system integration types including EDI, HTTPS, SFPS, etc, a strong understanding of SDLC (Agile or Waterfall) methodologies, a basic understanding of TSQL database administration, experience using Jira or similar Request Management System, and demonstrated experience coordinating, building, and testing system integrations.

The Healthcare Oracle Cloud ERP Support Analyst will report directly to the System Manager, and cross collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The Healthcare Oracle Cloud ERP Support Analyst is confident in taking initiatives, problem solving, working independently, and presenting to senior management.
