As a CHHA Field RN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient eligibility for home care services, providing guidance and supervision to home health aide personnel, and actively participating in Quality Improvement activities. To be considered for this position, you must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and hold a current RN license in the state of New York. Previous experience in home care is preferred, as it will enhance your ability to provide the highest standard of care to our patients.
