Sparks Water Bar seeks Line Cooks and Prep cooks who enjoy a fast-paced environment, can maintain serving at a large volume, is dedicated to food quality, and sets high standards for their output.
Sparks Water Bar has growth opportunities for working Sous Chefs. Our profitable restaurant group operates 4 restaurants in the Tahoe-Truckee area and we are looking for hard working individuals to grow with our company. Will be responsible for morale, training, proficiency, attitude, productivity, quality, costs, labor, recipes, inventory, ordering, consistency.
-MUST have the ability to consistently maintain all of the above under pressure!

Ability to speak English & Spanish preferred
